Painting
Painting allows me to imagine, and experiment with materials, on subjects that are important to me. It is fun and often the birth place for sculptures, at a later date. In current work I have been exploring the encaustic medium. The use of hot beeswax and pigment is exciting to work with. Themes behind the work, are experiential and respond to environments that I am either familiar with, or interested in
Original paintings are for sale and also archival prints of previous oil paintings. My paintings are held in corporate and private collections, and have been exhibited nationally and internationally.
